Hibernation…

Its been another week of us trying to hide from the weather! The plus side of this is that the show jumps have all received a welcome lick of paint and are now looking nice and bright in the field. We even had time to add some cool designs to some of the planks!

On Thursday 18 Reynolds Cross School students came to visit the farm and have some lunch in Berry’s Cafe. Jimbo received a lot of attention during the morning when he did a meet and greet with the students! The gardening group have welcomed a small break (very small break) in the weather when out cutting the lawns and tidying clients gardens. The horses all had a night in this week to be wormed. They had a nice groom the following morning and went back in the field, to immediately get down and rolled getting as dirty as they were before!

The big tractor has gone off to tractor hospital to have some repair done to it. Hopefully it will return soon and we can put it back to work! Its a valuable part of the farm and helps out with most of the heavy lifting!

As always please don’t forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter!
