A massive thank you to everyone that joined us on our open day! It was a great day, the weather stayed on our side and no one got stuck parking on the field! It was fantastic to see Berry’s Cafe in full use and buzzing with life. The horses demonstrated some of the tricks they have been learning from their trick training sessions and were impeccably behaved.
The activities were enjoyed by all, and it was great to see so many people around the farm seeing and taking part in what we get up to.
Berry’s Cafe got its official opening on the day with a huge round of applause from everyone. As well as housing fantastic class room facilities for college, and the project workers being able to learn catering skills, Berry’s Cafe now gives everyone at the farm the option of having a hot meal at lunch time. Which is always welcomed when working out in the cold wet weather!
