Two weeks ago a group of 25 employees from Vodafone came to the farm to once again generously give their time to help develop and complete some projects at the farm. The beach garden, decking, and some new staging for outside the green house were all on the agenda with everyone splitting into three teams.
The weather was incredibly hot which made the tasks even more challenging!
The decking is now all-weather proofed for another year and looks great for all the events which will be taking place at the farm throughout the summer. The fencing also had a freshen up and now really highlights the lovely view of the field from the cafe.
The staging outside the green house is a new addition and will allow us to display on the plants grown at the farm on open days and for visiting members of the public in the week.
The beach garden now has a play sand beach woo hoo!
A massive thank you to all those from Vodafone that helped on the day. The project workers are really enjoying watching all the developments come to life on the farm!
