The help is coming from all over and this time we were joined by staff from Lloyds banking group. They joined us on Tuesday to continue on some of the large projects started last week as well as continuing to help us with other projects at the farm! Check it out –
Work on the new pig area has begun with removing some of the old fence posts which create a boundary to the farm field. Pigs are very good escape artists so we wanted to make sure that the boundaries are super strong to keep them in!
Still working on the new pathways around the farm another group worked on the new gate way which enables visitors to explore the farm but also allows access to the fields for the horses and sheep.
The log store has been topped up well again with another group splitting the large logs down throughout the day.
Another huge thank you to Knowle and Dorridge Rotary club who have donated £5000 to develop a BBQ area outside the back of Berrys Cafe. Dave from www.absolutedriveways.co.uk kindly gave up his time on a Saturday morning and dug out the area with his digger! A huge time saver!
