Summer time!

Wow time is flying and it has been over two months since we last blogged! Apologies! As usual the farm is a hive of activity and it continues to go from strength to strength. We have had groups from EE and from N Power join us since we last blogged to come and lend us a helping hand all over the farm! Thanks to the groups we now have a beautifully weeded veg patch, newly stained patio furniture and decking. EE come to the farm!

This week we welcomed a group of volunteers from EE to the farm to help us do various tasks. The group split into two and focused on finishing parts of the slabbing at the front of Berrys Cafe and also stained all the furniture and decking at the back of the Cafe. The slabbing proved to be an extra hard task as some slabs which had been laid previously had not set and the concrete had to be removed and re-laid.
