We have all welcomed some warmer weather at the farm this April! We have finally finished lambing with Lion making us wait 5 weeks after the first ewe lambed! The tipi is now up ready for all of the wedding we have ahead of us this summer! It is looking especially good this year surrounded by its new fencing! All of the grass and plants have really shot up over the past couple of the weeks and the farm is really starting to fill up with colour. We even managed to get into the fields to give them a harrow…

Lamb Spam!

March means lambing at the farm and this year has been especially busy with lots of lambs arriving! This year we welcomed 12 lambs, which broke down into a set of quads, two sets of triplets and one set of twins. The ewes have got their work cut out that's for sure! We will be keeping a close eye on them to make sure that the ewes are getting all the extra feed they need and that non of the lambs are missing out on any milk! Mega March

March has been a wonderful time at the farm where we have welcomed 11 new lambs! The ewes are (as always) brilliant mothers, which is good news for us as Amy and Lilly had triplets! We will be keeping a close eye on these moms and lambs in particular to make sure that everyone is getting enough food and milk! 2015!

2015 Has already got off to a flying start! The gardening teams have been busy working on some raised beds for Coppice Junior School. They have certainly had to deal with their fair share of wet weather but i think you will all agree that it looks fantastic.
