April Showers

We have all welcomed some warmer weather at the farm this April! We have finally finished lambing with Lion making us wait 5 weeks after the first ewe lambed! The tipi is now up ready for all of the wedding we have ahead of us this summer! It is looking especially good this year surrounded by its new fencing! All of the grass and plants have really shot up over the past couple of the weeks and the farm is really starting to fill up with colour. We even managed to get into the fields to give them a harrow…

Spring Sales Day 5th May!

As you can see on the pictures the lambs are now getting pretty big and extra cheeky! They are into everything and like their moms have quickly learnt that the blue bucket means tasty mix to eat! The plants for the sales day are coming on really well and the green house is now bursting with colour! We will have plenty of bedding plants and hanging baskets available to buy on 5th May 2017 11am-3pm. New Arrivals

Welcome to our March blog, and what a lot of lamb pictures we have to share with you! A week earlier than expected our two of our lovely ewes decided to give birth to their lambs! The first ewe successfully had one lamb and the second ewe had three lambs! Because they had them so close together we were able to adopt one of the triplets onto the ewe who just had one, meaning that both ewes had two lambs each which was healthier for the ewes and the lambs. 2015!

2015 Has already got off to a flying start! The gardening teams have been busy working on some raised beds for Coppice Junior School. They have certainly had to deal with their fair share of wet weather but i think you will all agree that it looks fantastic. Before After Well done to the project workers and staff who helped with this transformation, you have done an amazing job!
